Just in time for a weekend steeped in sartorial heritage, I am finally ready to unveil my latest project which I hope will take flight as an evolving image of life, liberty, and pursuit.
A couple of months ago I wondered aloud about launching the female equivalent of a men’s style blog. I viewed it in terms of negatives: no cupcakes, no pink, no Olsen twins, and absolutely no Gossip Girl allowed.
After 24 years I think I have honed a sensibility that tells stories of where I have been and who I have become, not just what I aspire to be. I may never afford Paris, but I prefer the Seaboard any day, and I will hoist up the main sail, get my hands dirty, tear another hole in the faded, threadbare khakis. My goal is to marry style, sport, and exploration in a never-ending odyssey to capture the American spirit.
Please, please, please, send me feedback, suggestions, and constructive criticism.
ALSO: I was invited to cover the Pop Up Flea for All Plaid Out. Exciting!
